A few things to consider before you place your order:

• Chocolate begins to melt at 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
• We will not ship chocolates out of Philadelphia when the temperature is above 70 degrees.
• We have no control over the climate/temperatures of UPS shipping warehouses or vehicles.
• Orders being shipped to addresses falling in Green, Red, Orange and Blue zones should choose next day or second day air option if the temperatures from and between the origin and destination are above 70 degrees on select products.(Due to heavy order volume we may not offer next day delivery options.) All of our products are hand made to order. We do not mass produce or stock our inventory.
• We only ship our orders on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• Any order placed after 12pm on Tuesday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Some exceptions may apply. If your order is in a one or two day zone from us and we can safely ship your order on a Wednesday we may. We will always try to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. If ordering a very large quantity delays may occur.
• Delays may occur during the holidays when orders are placed after our shipping deadline.
• Delays may also occur immediately after the holidays as we rebuild our inventory.
• If you intend your order to be shipped to different addresses you will need to place seperate orders or each address.
• We recommend you ship you order to an address where there will definitely be someone who can sign for the parcel, to avoid an additional overnight stay in a UPS warehouse. We assume your order has been received in good condition if it is signed and accepted by you or someone representing you.
• Chocolates being shipped and handled may scratch. This does not mean the chocolate is bad. If temperatures fluctuate in transit there is potential for a white appearance to occur.  This does not mean the chocolate is bad.
• If you request in writing us to waive the signature for your order, we will not be responsible for any aspect of any damaged packages.  No returns will be granted.
• We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• If your package arrives in a very damaged shipping box, you do not have to accept it. We have no control of how the parcel is handled once it leaves our property. We use UPS who guarantees the shipment to arrive in good condition. We assume if the package is signed for by the customer, it is in good condition.
• If you feel your order is not of our well known quality you must inform us with in 24 hours of delivery.
• A call tag will be issued for return of product for inspection.
• If we deem the product to be faulty a monetary return for the product will be issued.
• We do not offer refunds for difference of taste.
• We do not offer refunds for shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for any tariffs, custom fees or taxes when shipping to Canada.
• Please note we will not be responsible for damaged orders if the above guidelines are not followed.
• Fill out the “ORDER NOTES“ section when placing your order if you have any special requests. If the “ORDER NOTES“ section is left blank we will ship your order however we deem best for shipping.
